Therapeutic massage is about investing time, energy and money into honoring your body, mind and soul. It is a time for you to tune into your physical body, calm the mind and explore the soul. This time will be uniquely designed for your body, and focused on providing non-judgmental treatment which emphasizes your autonomy, focus areas, personal comfort and any safety considerations. An hour and a half massage typically covers most areas of the body, though this timing allows for additional time for even more specific work on focus areas, or simply longer time throughout different areas of the body. You will always be invited to identify areas you would like to avoid.
